- networking section extensively reworked, no more <variablelist>
stuff. Added a link to the networking chapter for more information.
- reworked some of the language for easier reading
- fixed some grammar issues (all of them my fault)

- Updated version numbers to reflect 14.0 instead of 13.37
- Also use new kernel version from -current
- Grammar fixes. Most of these are to make the book more clear to
readers for whom English is not their mother tongue. Also, clear
concise English makes translation efforts much easier.
- Typo fixes.
